How do I sign up?
A: Phew. An easy one to start. Click here and then click the Free Class box to register to check us out. If you want to sign up just come to the gym and we can hook you up.
I want to check you out. Can I just drop in?
A: Unfortunately unless you’re from out of town and are a member of another affiliate, we don’t take drop-ins. However, if you’re looking to join you can come to our Free Class on Saturdays at 2pm. Click here and then click the Free Class box to register.
If I become a member, can I do whatever workout I want?
A: You can do our Workout of the Day. Otherwise, no. Feel free to schedule some Personal Training though to work on whatever you want to work on with a Coach.
If I become a member, can I show up whenever I want?
A: So here’s the deal. We run on a class structure. Each class starts at a designated time. If you miss the start of a class you’ll have to wait for the next one. Check out our Schedule for a complete list of classes. We do this for a multitude of reasons. To save you having to read a novel on the subject just trust us, it’s the best/most effective way for everyone. We also have an “Open Gym” from 10am-12pm. For “Open Gym” you can show up whenever you want to do the Workout of the Day. Just kinda float in and out. Have at it.
How close are you to the Metro?
A: Super Close! To 3 Metros! Here are directions from: Chinatown/Gallery Place. Mount Vernon Square-7th St.-Convention Center and Metro Center.
Do you have parking?
A: We’ve got some parking. But not a ton. Feel free to grab a spot out front though.
Do you guys have a place I can lock up my bike?
A: Feel free to bring it into the box. We’ll watch it for you.
Do you guys have showers?
A: Nope. We are REALLY into the whole caveman/paleo thing.
Are you guys frackin serious with the these workouts? I can’t do that.
A: Yup, we’re serious. And yes you can do them. There’s nothing magical about the workout scheme. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE scaling the workout to your skill and ability level. Just ask a coach how to. And if you STILL think you can’t do them click Here, Here, or Here. I’d love to hear your excuse now.
I’m from out of town. Do you have a drop-in policy?
A: We do have a drop-in policy. Unfortunately if you have never done CrossFit before you aren’t eligible. We have a $20 drop-in fee, unless you’re active duty military. Then, it’s free.
