Friday Night Lights + Free Level 1 Seminar

There’s been something in the air lately.  The PR board is getting more and more crowded.  The leaderboard is getting more competitive with every class.  Even the CrossFit 101 classes are getting stocked with great athletes and hard working folks.  I’m not sure if you’ve felt it but the atmosphere has been electric in the gym.  So let’s stoke that fire a little bit more

Starting Friday at 7:30pm on October 7th at we’ll be doing a special little workout designed to put the best against the best.  The workouts won’t be released until the Thursday before but it’ll be a fun chance to put your fitness to the test.  We’ll also have some beers and food if you want to just come hang out and spectate.  We’ll be having these little fun workouts at regular intervals so don’t worry if you can’t make it.

To take it up a notch for our inaugural test we’ll be having a special prize.  On November 5th and 6th we’ll be hosting our final CrossFit Level 1 seminar of the year.  As hosts, we’re given some free spots in that seminar.   We’ll be giving them TO YOU!  Whoever posts the best score/time for men and women will Win a Free Level 1 Seminar spot (worth $1000).  If you already have an L1 we’ll be happy to gift it to someone of your choosing, or you can take it again!  All you gotta do is show up, work your hardest, and let the chips fall where they may.  You’re welcome to bring a friend who is a CrossFitter (or wants to check it out) but only DCFers are eligible for the prize.

Although it will be competitive, the most important thing is that it’s fun.  Doesn’t matter you skill level or aspirations, we’re all just out to have some fun.  So you’re welcome to scale the workouts (though that will disqualify you from winning the prize) or just come watch and hang out.  Either way feel free to shoot us an email if you have any questions.
