District CrossFit Weightlifting is back in effect. We’ll be meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 at DCF SW, beginning on Tuesday, October 8!
Whether your goal is clean up your Oly Technique for the Open or you just like the Snatch and Clean and Jerk and want to learn more this is your opportunity. We’ll be breaking down the lifts with lots of hands on instruction so that you get a full understanding of how to make your own movements better. We’ll also give you ample opportunity to set PRs and improve strength and explosiveness like only the Olympic Lifts can.
The goal is for this to be the perfect compliment to your CrossFit group classes. The weightlifting classes will be added to your membership for $60 and only for one month at a time, which entitles you to attend any and all scheduled District CrossFit Weightlifting classes in addition to your CrossFit group classes. If you’re an unlimited member you’ll get a 33% discount off the weightlifting membership.
