Today’s WOD: 17:34 for 50/75/75/100 (green band)
I didn’t realize the difference between “Level I” and “Level II” WODs. Now I see.
Level I WOD: 8-minute tabata @ 20# wallball & 1.5 pood KB. First two rounds had 8 reps each, rounds thereafter had 7 reps each. I find wallballs hard to cycle faster than one shot per just-over-two-seconds.

6:20 off my previous PR back in June. Hands got close to ripping on the pull-ups but never did, thanks goodness.

Kipping pull ups finally clicked today. Finished out another 50 pull ups and 50 push ups after the WOD. (30:21 total time)
Looking forward to tackling WODs with pull ups as Rx’d.
Congrats Jeff. Always great when something clicks. Once that happens, you know you’ve always got it in the arsenal.
