    Rockstar quality work from everybody on the baseline yesterday. Some staggering improvements in there from those that first joined us with that WOD. Props to Kate G for posting a gym record 4:27, and to Evan Wilson and Hank Mason for both posting sub 4:00 minute efforts.

    65 of the 70 pistols on my right leg. Not ideal.

    SuperFit Update:

    Jenn DCF do,imaged the first event with a commanding first place finish beating 2nd place by over 10%. Then like the badass she walks off the competiition area NBD-style. Fun to watch doesn’t quite cover it.

    James S. did a great job off sticking to the gameplan and executing like a pro. Finished in a solid 3rd place in what I think will turn out to be his least advantageous workout. Not bad at all for a first competition.

    Mary: 10 rounds plus 3 ring rows (subbed rr for pullups)

    Also got my first two double unders ever today! Then promptly lost the ability to even get a single lol. It’s all about the small victories I guess :-)

    Miss everyone! Did my own Baseline-ish today on my own. 500m row, 40 situps, 30 pushups, 20 wallballs, 10 strict press (with a random jazzercise weighted bar I found).

    Oumar don’t worry i’m still eating Paleo on the road. Had a German brat and sauerkraut for breakfast and the guy at the Turkish place thinks i’m insane, but he did give me the mixed grill platter without rice for lunch.

    Oh, and yay Maggie!! And Kate and Hank and Evan!
