5 Rounds:
5 Back Squats
AMRAP Box Jumps in 1 minute.
Rest Amply Between Rounds.

For Back Squats load the bar as heavy as possible.   Workout will be scored by weight plus box jumps.  Men use 24″ box.  Women use 20″ box.

    Wanted to say thanks to Andrew, Christy and the whole District CF family for not only the WOD but also the warm welcome that my brother Jim and I received today. You guys are a great box, great community, and great trainers. Today was a killer WOD and I am planning to share it with our box this coming week! If anyone is ever in the Seattle area you are all more than welcome to drop in. Oh and congrats again to Jennifer for her first pull-up!
