Important Announcements:

  • There are no Foundations classes this week so we will have WODs at 7am and 7pm.
  • Friday and Saturday will have a slightly limited schedule and Sunday and Monday we will be closed. Please check the schedule page for more information

10 Minute AMRAP:
5 OHS
15 Unbroken Wall Balls

Men use 95#, 16# ball and 10′ target.  Women use 65# for OHS.  8# ball and 8′ target for Wall Ball.

    @Esther …. don’t feel bad, I knocked myself in the head w/the bar 2 weeks ago doing OHS/Squat Balance. This week my form was much improved :-)
